One of the fundamental features of Rosetta Enterprise is to import transactions from an excel template. This is feature was created to give ease to users in migrating data from external source. An enhancement was made for the importation of inventory receiving and job order transactions so that in case the default status can either be “Pending” or “Posted” or “Completed”
Importing the transaction in pending status allows the users to have an opportunity to update the record once it is uploaded in the system. On the other hand, selecting the option to upload directly as posted or completed will make the processing faster since the user doesn't need to be posted anymore. This feature was added into Rosetta Enterprise to give flexibility to companies and their users in selecting the best practice when they import inventory receipt and job order transactions.
